President Bush said Friday that Jordan's King Hussein has complicated U.S.-Jordanian relations by moving "way over into Saddam Hussein's camp."

Although saying that the United States has "always had a historically good relationship with Jordan," Bush said Hussein's speech Wednesday "complicates things."On Thursday, Secretary of State James A. Baker III said the administration would review U.S. aid to Jordan.

White House Press Secretary Marlin Fitzwater told reporters Friday that the question of breaking relations with Jordan has not come up and that for now only a withholding of aid is under consideration.
