Brenda Schwarzkopf has spent much of the war in seclusion at MacDill Air Force Base in Florida but she came out Thursday to meet with the Tampa City Council Thursday to accept on behalf of her husband a city proclamation honoring the troops in the Middle East.Brenda Schwarzkopf says she keeps up with the general through his regular phone calls and television.
"I watch a lot of TV - a lot of it," she said. "It's nice being able to see him."
