Playboy magazine intends to go to court to defend a woman who was jailed after being charged with selling a copy of the publication to a pair of 16-year-old boys.

Elaine Ott, 52, who faces up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine for the third-degree felony of selling obscene material to a minor, was elated by the legal-defense offer.Ott, who made the sale and was arrested Friday, was freed under a $1,000 bond after a night in jail.

She said she was humiliated by the arrest, which included a strip-search.
