Marva Weber Cressman, age 48, our devoted wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away Monday, February 4, 1991 after a lingering illness of cancer.
She was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, November 26, 1942, a daughter of Eugene (Gene) and Delcia Tueller Weber. Marva grew up in the Midvale, Utah area. She was a lover of 4-H Clubs where she learned many arts and skills of sewing and later received her formal education at Jordan High School and Brigham Young University in Provo. She met and later married Terry Cressman, June 24, 1964, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She and Terry moved to California and have lived there since. They have traveled extensively in Europe and Hawaii. She was very active in the LDS Church, working in the Primary and later in the Relierf Society; a beautiful singer, she sang in a trio and entertained in many places. She loved people and had many dear friends and relatives.Survived by her husband, Terry, Anaheim; sons, Clark, attending BYU; Todd, serving LDS Mission in Japan; daughter, Ashley, Anaheim; parents, Eugene and Delcia Weber, Midvale, Utah; sisters, Mrs. Leonard (Ranae) Hayes, California; Mrs. John (Patricia) Alter, Salt Lake City; brother, Eldon Weber and his wife, Alice Ann, Farmington, Utah. "We will surely miss her."
Funeral services and burial will be held Friday, February 8, 1991 in Anaheim, California.
