Erma Garner Schramm, 86, died February 5, 1991 at her home.

She was born September 25, 1904 at Clifton, Idaho, a daughter of James A. and Sarah K. Hill Garner. She married Reed A. Schramm June 6, 1923 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died June 13, 1953. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in which she held various positions including three years in the Portland, Oregon Mission Home; three years in the Shreveport Louisiana Mission Home and 13 years as an ordinance worker in the Provo LDS Temple.She is survived by two sons & four daughters, Dowell Reed Schramm, Payson; Alvin Schramm, Barnwell, Alberta, Canada; Mrs. Arthur (Lillie) Francom, Salem; Mrs. Dale (Lorraine) Francom, Grassy Lake, Alberta, Canada; Mrs. Floyd (Nyda) Bishop, serving an LDS mission in the Phillipines; and Mrs. Darrel (Verna) Hansen, Alamo, Nevada; 38 grandchildren; 84 great-grandchildren; a brother & two sisters, James David Garner, Payson; Mrs. Iris Hutchison, Las Vegas, Nevada; and Mrs. Dorrell (Margery) Vickers, Vernal. She was preceded in death by two great-grandchildren, two brothers and two sisters.

Services will be Saturday, 11 a.m. in the Payson West 11th LDS Ward Chapel, 780 West 500 South. Friends may call at the Walker Mortuary, 587 South 100 West, Payson, Friday 6-8 p.m. or at the church Saturday 10-10:45 a.m. Burial will be in the Payson City Cemetery.
