Our kind and beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather and brother, William "Bill" Jasper Gregory, age 75, died February 4, 1991 in Richfield, Utah.
He was born July 6, 1915 in Louisville, Kentucky, a son of Hiram Jasper and Adelaide Hackett McGuire Gregory. He married Ruth Turner, November 1, 1948 in Grace, Idaho; marriage later solemnized in the Los Angeles LDS Temple. She died November 25, 1967. He was in the Intelligence Agency during the Korean Conflict. He worked in the aerospace program for NASA, Boeing and General Electric. He received many awards in this field and was recognized world-wide in the aerospace program. He was an inventor and electrical engineer. He had traveled the entire world.Survivors: children, Arlene Ralph, Lake Mary, Florida; Suzanne and Dallen Quarnberg, Richfield; Linda and Les Merrill, Anaheim, California; Nannette and Dave Siebach, Sandy; Greg Allen and Denise Gregory, Atlanta, Georgia; William J. and Jaydelle Gregory, Mission Viejo, California; 18 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Aubrey Gregory, Louisville, Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 7, 1991 at 11 a.m. in the Springer-Turner Funeral Home Chapel in Richfield, where friends may call for viewing Wednesday evening 6-8 p.m. and Thursday one hour prior to the services. Graveside services and burial will be Friday at 12 noon in the Preston City Cemetery, Preston, Idaho.
