Dynatronics Laser Corp., 470 Lawndale Drive, a company that designs, manufactures and markets advanced technology medical devices, had net income of $8,409 in the final three months of 1990, compared to $92,696 in the same period a year ago.

In the six months ending Dec. 31, the company had net income of $89,953, compared to net income of $198,807 in the same period in 1989, according to Kelvyn H. Cullimore, president.Cullimore said a delay in the shipment of new products, along with the costs associated with their development, resulted in the break-even performance for the company in the quarter ending Dec. 31.

He is encouraged about the large number of orders taken for the new Dynatron 5000 during its introduction at a recent trade show for medical practitioners. The majority of these orders will be filled during the third quarter.
