Eighteen Utah advertising agencies and production houses have received ADDY Awards in the annual Utah Advertising Federation competition.

Gary Woodhouse, UAF president, said that from more than 1,000 entries judges awarded 123 gold, silver and bronze ADDYs, recognizing only those that are likely to be winners in national competition.The big winners were Evans Communications/Salt Lake City with 30 awards, Williams & Rockwood with 26 and Penna Power Cutting & Haynes with 17. The best of show award went to Bonneville Communications for the campaign "Rules/

Low and Inside" for Major League Baseball.
