A Moab winery, the only winery in the state, should be able to allow visitors to taste their product, as long as they don't get drunk, senators decided Wednesday.

They gave preliminary approval to a bill sponsored by Sen. Omar Bunnell, D-Price, that would allow wine tasting at the winery. "This is like Napa Valley," said Bunnell. In that California wine-growing area, tourists visit famous wineries up and down the valley, tasting the wine as they go.
