David Owen Warnick, 79, our loving husband, father and grandpa, died January 29, 1991, in American Fork, Utah, one day short of his 80th birthday.
He was born January 30, 1911, in Pleasant Grove, Utah to Howard Benjamin and Maude Gardner Warnick. He married Virginia Laursen July 23, 1932, in Provo, Utah. He worked as a construction superintendent for Gibbons & Reed Construction and was a member of the Operating Engineers Local #3 for 30 years. Member LDS Church. Loved gardening.Survived by his wife, American Fork; three sons, Leo David and wife Virginia, American Fork; Ted Laursen and wife, Debbie, Lehi; Kent and wife, B.J., Syracuse; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; sister, Melva Abel, Provo. Preceded in death by a son, Tom, a daughter, Christine, a brother and two grandchildren.
Funeral Services will be Friday, 2 p.m. in the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, where friends may call Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to services. Burial, American Fork Cemetery.
