The left edge of the full moon will darken slightly during a partial eclipse visible Tuesday and early Wednesday from the Western hemisphere and parts of Europe and Africa. The eclipse will be visible to anyone who carres to spend five minutes to look with the naked eye or binoculars, Griffith Observatory astronomer John E. Mosley said Monday.The eclipse will start at 8:58 p.m. MST, peak at one minute before 11 and end at 12:59 a.m. Wednesday.
