Jazz guard John Stockton will join teammate Karl Malone at the NBA All-Star Game, Feb. 10, in Charlotte, N.C.

Stockton was named to the West team as a reserve on Tuesday. Last week the starting lineups were announced, which included the Jazz's Karl Malone on the West squad. Starters are picked by fan voting and reserves by the league's coaches. It will be Stockton's third straight All-Star appearance.Others named as reserves on the West team are the Lakers' James Worthy, Phoenix's Tom Chambers, Portland's Kevin Duckworth, Terry Porter and Clyde Drexler and Golden State's Tim Hardaway.

East reserves announced Tuesday are Washington's Bernard King, Atlanta's Dominique Wilkins, Boston's Kevin McHale and Robert Parrish, Cleveland's Brad Daugherty, Detroit's Joe Dumars and Milwaukee's Ricky Pierce and Alvin Robertson.

Stockton leads the NBA in assists (14.1) and is second in steals (2.86). - Brad Rock
