North Star Foods Inc., of St. Charles, Minn., has issued a voluntary nationwide recall of an estimated 200,000 pounds of turkey products and ham because they are undercooked, the Agriculture Department said Friday.

If eaten, the undercooked turkey could cause salmonellosis, a form of food poisoning, and the ham could cause trichinosis, which can be caused by microscopic parasitic worms in infected pork.Lester M. Crawford, administrator of the department's Food Safety and Inspection Service, said no illnesses have been reported.

The recalled products include turkey bologna, oven-cooked turkey breast, white and dark turkey rolls, cured turkey thigh meat, cooked turkey drumstick and cooked ham.
