David Earle Christofferson, 35, died January 22, 1991 at his home.
He was born August 7, 1955 in Lehi, Utah to Dean D. and Lucille Chamberlain Christofferson. He married Allyson Crook July 14, 1977 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.He was an active member and elder in the LDS Church. He had served as Elders Quorum president, as a counselor in the Elders quorum, a counselor in the Sunday School and in the Young Mens presidency. He filled a mission to the California Oakland Mission. He attended schools in Lehi, graduating from Lehi High School, later graduated from Utah Technical College, Orem. He was presently employed at Valtek as a Plug Sale Supervisor. He also had worked at Christofferson Valve Co. of Lehi, and as a machinist at McNally Mt. State Steel. He enjoyed farming on his mini ranch in Lindon.
He is survived by his wife; four daughters and a son, Nikky, Shallay, TyRuss, Kindy and Kellsey, all of Lindon; his parents, Lehi; two brothers and three sisters, Mrs. Boyd (LaDean) Davis, Lehi; John Christofferson and Mrs. David (Mary) Thompson, both of West Valley City; Mont Christofferson, Midvale; Mrs. Richard (Nancy) Knecht, Provo. Preceded in death by a sister, Peggy Dorton.
Services will be Saturday, at 11 a.m., at the Lindon Stake Center, 100 South 600 West. Friends may call at Olpin Family Mortuary, 500 South 300 kEast, Pleasant Grove, Friday, 7-9 p.m. or Saturday at the church, one hour priro to services. Burial will be in the Lehi City Cemetery.
