"Managing Quality Customer Service," a 12-hour series of workshops, will begin Jan. 22 at Salt Lake Community College and run through Feb. 26.

In the series, participants will be taught to evaluate existing levels of customer service, and how to enhance service throughout the organization, including employee involvement and training, said Kristing Matthews, SLCC adjunct professor.Each class will run from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. The series cost is $185.
