The Wasatch Front Economic Forum will hold its annual review Wednesday, Jan. 23, at 8:30 a.m. in the Marriott Hotel.

Speaking will be Mike Christensen, deputy director of the Utah Office of Planning and Budget, who will give an annual economic report to Gov. Norm Bangerter.Another speaker will be Mitchell J. Held, managing director and chief financial economist for Smith Barney, New York City, talking about the national recession. A panel will present ways Utah can survive the national recession.

During the lunch, Salt Lake County Commissioner James Bradley will address issues facing the county since two Democrats recently were elected.
