Seleda Delores Hansen Johnson, 84, of Richfield died January 17, 1991 at her home.

Born April 14, 1906 in Richfield, Utah to Joseph and Annie Catherine Barlow Hansen. Married Hyrum Alton Johnson, January 24, 1964 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died August 5, 1979. Seleda owned and operated her own beauty salon in Richfield from 1929 to 1939. She then moved to Salt Lake where she owned and operated the Sears Beauty Salon for 5 years; after which she was employed at the ZCMI Gift Shop. Moving to Richfield she was employed by J.C. Penney Co., Johnston Hotel and the Richfield Floral. An active member of the LDS church, she served in the ward and stake MIA, counselor in the Relief Society and currently serving as a visiting teacher supervisor. With her husband, Alton, she served an an ordinance worker in the Manti Temple for four years and a Western States Mission, serving in New Mexico, Kansas and Colorado.Survived by two step-sons, five step-daughters, Mayben Johnson, Mrs. Hall (Twila) Bingham, Mrs. Walter (Iona) Tranmer, all Jerome, Idaho; Mrs. Doris Barlow, Clearfield; Mrs. Kyle (Juanita) Rigby, Brigham City, Utah; Mrs. James (Janett) Giles, Portland, Oregon; Garn Johnson, Fruit Heights, Utah; several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren; one sister, two brothers and spouses, Dona and Carl Sandberg, Floyd and Lucielle Hansen, Scott and Sally Hansen, all Richfield; nine nieces and nephews; preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Clifford and June Hansen and nephew, Lee Hansen and a step-daughter, Caroline Giles.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 21, 1991 at 11 a.m. in the Richfield 2nd LDS Ward Chapel, 200 West 200 North. Friends may call at the Neal S. Mableby and Sons Mortuary, Sunday evening from 7 to 8 and again Monday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Burial: Richfield City Cemetery.
