Ann Sessions Reese Pace, age 73, passed away at her home on Thursday, December 17, 1991 of acute kidney failure.

She was born December 31, 1917 in Chesterfield, Idaho, daughter of Thomas and Emma Sessions Reese. She married Eldon Pace in the Logan LDS Temple on June 1, 1943. She lived in Clearfield for almost 30 years, where she was a beautician and operated her own beauty shop for many years. She later moved to Uintah where she resided with her husband for 20 years. She was a very active member of the LDS Church, Uintah 2nd Ward, where she held many responsible positions. She and her husband served a mission to the Tampa Florida mission. She also served in the Ogden Temple for 15 years. She was a member of the Daughters of Utah Pioneers. Her life has been lived with loving service to all she came in contact with. She was an exceptionally loving wife, mother, and grandmother.Surviving are her husband, Eldon Pace, Uintah; two sons, Steven Pace, West Jordan; John Pace, Kaysville; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and five sisters, Mrs. Frank (Edna) Hyer, Garland; Mrs. Weldon (Adah) Henderson, Pocatello, Idaho; Mrs. Robert (Marjorie) Thomas, Pleasanten, Calif.; Mrs. Howard (Emma) Birks, Murray; Mrs. Blane (LaRane) Hutchenson, Evanston, Wyoming. She was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son, an infant granddaughter, and two brothers.

Funeral services will be held Monday at 1 p.m., in the Uintah 2nd Ward Chapel, 6350 Combe Road, with Bishop Scott Henderson officiating. Friends may call Sunday, from 6-8 p.m. at Myers Mortuary, 845 Washington Blvd, Ogden, and Monday at the church, from 11:30-12:30 p.m. Interment, Memorial Gardens of the Wasatch.
