A handyman hired to clean up a house in Media, Pa., not only cleaned up - he cleaned it out. Tracey Farley, 36, Wednesday was convicted in Delaware County Court of burglary, theft, criminal trespass and unauthorized use of a vehicle. According to testimony, Farley was hired in 1989 by a retired FBI agent and his new bride to clean up their seven-room house and do odd jobs. Everything went fine, until Adele and Albert Pierce of Yeadon went on a trip around the world in July. Farley stripped the house of everything, from a mink coat to a chain saw, authorities said. He sold Pierce's Plymouth Voyager, used Adele Pierce's Chrysler New Yorker and cooked dinner in the kitchen.
