Grand opening of the 500,000 square-foot Hidden Valley Village Shopping Center is set for October with total completion of the retail-office complex by fall 1989.
Realty World-Stonebrook Inc. will market the project at 12300 S. between 950 and 14th East. Developer is Pacific Land Corp. of Utah.
David Hoenie of Realty World-Stonebrook said the complex will serve the entire South Valley area with a full-service grocery, a home center, furniture store, four theaters and 56 specialty shops.
Also included is an auto service center, bowling center, six fast food locations, a medical and dental complex with emergency care facility, three full-service restaurants, two banks and 70,000, square-feet of professional space.
Hoenie said the Hidden Valleey shopping center will become the "downtown" area for Draper.
He said space has also been planned for a future library, post office and city offices.
