The Utah County Republican Women has installed Joyce Johnson Nixon as its president for 1991-92. Goals of Republican Woman for the coming year include promoting unity in the party, keeping women informed on vital issues and increasing membership. M. McClain Bybee, director of donor services for the LDS Foundation, has been named director of development at Brigham Young University. Bybee is responsible for coordinating all fund-raising programs at the school. Stephen B. Monsen has received the Society for Range Management's Outstanding Achievement Award at the society's international meeting in Washington. His career in range science has included work for the Utah Department of Fish and Game and the U.S. Forest Service. Utah Valley Regional Medical Center has named Richard C. Brown as medical staff president for 1991. Since 1981, he has been medical director over the department of radiation oncology at the hospital. Bill Boulter has been named manager in the manufacturing division of System Connection Inc., an Orem-based distributor and manufacturer of computer cables and accessory products. He will supervise production of custom cables distributed and sold throughout the United States and several foreign countries.
