Albert John Mauerman, age 81, died on Friday, January 11, 1991 in Salt Lake City.
Born May 1, 1909 in Salt Lake City, to Albert Hugo and Anna Barbara Wendel Mauerman. Married Rina VanderWaag, on May 31, 1939 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was raised in Salt Lake City. He served an LDS Mission to Germany. He was retired from Kennecott Copper Corp., after 33 years of service. He served as a Stake Missionary and active member of the LDS Church.Survived by wife, Rina, Salt Lake; sons, David and his wife, Emily Mauerman, Burbank, Calif.; Keith and his wife, Jennilyn Mauerman, Orem, Utah; 11 grandchildren, one great-grandson, brothers and sisters, Fred Mauerman, Fredia Hawkins, Elsie Morton, all Salt Lake; Otto Mauerman, Modesto, Calif.; Elisabeth Boettcher, West Valley. Preceded in death by an older brother, Leonhard Mauerman.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, January 15, 1991 at 12 noon in the Pollar Grove Ward Chapel, 1401 West 700 South. Friends may call at MacKay Deseret Mortuary, 36 East 700 South, Monday 6-8 p.m. and at the ward chapel, Tuesday 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. Interment, Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park.
