A new series of silent movies with live organ accompaniment begins Thursday, Jan. 17, with "The Mark of Zorro," a 1920 film starring Douglas Fairbanks.

Mike Ohman provides the musical accompaniment for what many consider Fairbanks' finest hour as the masked swordsman."The Mark of Zorro" will be shown at 7:30 p.m. Thursday in the Organ Loft, 3331 Edison St. (a half-block east of State Street at 3300 South). Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children.
