Old Master paintings collected by Ferdinand and Imelda Marcos during their years of power in the Philippines sold for more than $15 million Friday.

Christie's two-day auction of the paintings and silver accumulated by the late president and his wife brought a total of $20,287,355 to be shared by the Philippine and U.S. governments.The highest price in the lot of 97 paintings was $2,310,000 for El Greco's "The Coronation of the Virgin."
