BYU's touring basketball team returned home this week with a 4-1 record for their efforts in Europe.

"It was a great trip and a good learning situation," says Roger Reid, assistant head coach. "Marty Haws played well and Dave Wolfe showed some good signs, too. We played Jeff Chatman and Jim Usevitch a lot to showcase them, and it looks like the exposure may help them obtain a professional contract to play there."The Cougars loss was to a German team which featured a couple players with collegiate experience in the U.S., including one player who had tried out with the San Antonio Spurs.
