Morley Tomaki Atkin, age 73, died January 9, 1991 in Tooele, Utah.

Born April 2, 1917 in Tamaki, Hawks Bay, New Zealand to William Franklin and Annie Maud Tate Atkin. Married Norma Anderson. She preceded him in death. Married Lois Densley, January 27, 1979 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Member of LDS Church. Charter member of Tooele Elks Lodge. Member of Eagles Lodge and Good Sam Club. Avid sportsman. He was engaged in mining and Tooele retail business. Employed at Tooele Army Depot over 20 years.Survivors: wife, Tooele; daughters, Patsy Lee Atkin and Cathy Sue Atkin, both of Twin Falls, Idaho; nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Claude F., Tooele; sisters, Mrs. William (Elizabeth) Black, Salt Lake City; Edith Louise Mayhue, Sunset; Ruth Evelyn Morris, West Valley City. Preceded in death by a sister, Ina Mary Black and two infant sisters, Emily and Alice.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 14, 1991 at 1 p.m. in the Tooele 12th Ward, 1100 Skyline Dr. Friends may call at the Church from 12-1 p.m. Interment: Tooele City Cemetery. Funeral Directors: Tate Mortuary.
