A Lehi man could spend the next six months in the Utah County Jail for two counts of sexual abuse of a child, second-degree felonies.

Danny Owen, 29, was sentenced to two one-to-15 year prison terms by 4th District Judge Boyd L. Park Friday, but Park suspended the prison term in favor of the jail time. Park placed Owen on 36 months probation and ordered him to pay $5,000 in fines and restitution. Park ordered Owen be placed in the Fremont Community Center in Salt Lake for sexual abuse treatment when space becomes available.
