A Jan. 23 hearing has been scheduled for three Bountiful businesses accused of selling beer to minors.
The city prosecutor's office has filed notices against Circle K, Hardy Enterprises, and Winegar's, ordering the businesses to show why their beer licenses should not be revoked or suspended.Circle K, 495 W. 500 South, is accused of selling beer to an underage police operative on Sept. 25 and Dec. 10.
Hardy Enterprises, which operates a Texaco gas station-convenience store at 390 N. 500 West, is also accused of selling beer to the minor operative on Sept. 25 and Dec. 10.
Winegar's grocery store, 874 N. 400 East, is accused of selling beer to an operative on July 9 and Dec. 10.
