W. Don Peterson, 80, died January 7, 1991, at his home, after a long illness.
Born September 13, 1910 in Logan, Utah, to William and Lydia June Crockett Peterson.Married Fawn Stewart, September 4, 1935 in the Logan LDS Temple. He was an engineer for U.S. government since 1935. Raised in Logan and graduated from USU. Lived in Fillmore in 1942 to 1954. High Priest in the Emigration 27th Ward.
Survived by his wife, Salt Lake City; sons and daughters, Mrs. William C. (Bonnie) Athas, William Peterson and his wife, Ann, Paul Peterson and wife, Marcia, all Salt Lake City; Donna Peterson, London, Ontario, Canada; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Graveside services Saturday, 11 a.m., Logan Cemetery. Friends may call at the family home, Friday afternoon, 4-7 p.m., 343 Virginia Street. Funeral Directors: Broomhead Funeral Home.
