Phyllis S. Koski, age 74, passed away January 7, 1991, at her home in Carbonville.
Born April 11, 1916, Pleasant Green, Utah, daughter of Henry William and Geneva Romania Graham Sutton. Married Iver Joel Koski March 31, 1937, in Provo. He preceded her in death May 13, 1984. Active member, LDS Church.Survived by: Two sons, one daughter and their spouses, Dale I. and Charlotte Koski, Midvale; Kenneth G. and Rosemarie Koski, Warner Robins, Georgia; Mrs. Evan D. (Shirlee Lynn) Jones, Price; nine grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; three brothers, one sister, Harry R. Sutton, Paul C. Sutton, Richard L. Sutton, all Salt Lake City; Carol Lynn Jensen, American Fork; preceded in death by one sister, Shirley Rae Gordon.
Funeral services Friday, 11 a.m., at the Carbonville 2nd Ward LDS Chapel, 175 No. 1280 West. Friends may call Mitchell Chapel Thursday. The family will be at Mitchell's Thursday evening, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., and at the church Friday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Scofield Cemetery.
