Pioneer Theatre Company will hold auditions on Thursday and Friday, Jan. 10 and 11, for Henrik Ibsen's epic masterpiece, "Peer Gynt."

Members of Actors' Equity Association may audition from 2 to 3 p.m. on Thursday and 4 to 5 p.m. on Friday. Non-Equity actors may try out from 3 to 5 p.m. on Thursday or 2 to 4 p.m. on Friday. Callbacks will be announced at the auditions.Roles are available for males and females 18 years old and up.

Auditioners must sign up for an audition time on the call board outside of Room 201 of the Pioneer Memorial Theatre building, 300 South and University Streets (1340 East). Equity members may sign up for any time slot if they are unable to audition during the reserved times. A photograph and resume are required.

Scripts are available for short term checkout from Room 210, PMT Building.

"Peer Gynt" will be directed by PTC Artistic Director Charles Morey, with rehearsals scheduled to begin Feb. 25. The play will run from March 20 through April 6.
