The Salt Lake Board of Realtors will hold its annual economic forecast Thursday, Jan. 10, at 7:30 a.m. in Little America. A limited number of complimentary seats are available to area business leaders who would like to attend, and reservations can be made by calling Shelley Reed at 486-4465.

Douglas P. Richards, president of the Realtor organization, will talk about commercial real estate; Randal K. Eagar, first vice president, will talk about residential real estate, and Al Egbert, general manager of McDonnell Douglas, will provide perspectives on the Utah economy.Some of the topics scheduled for discussion will be real estate prospects for Utah in 1991, how are local and national real estate trends likely to affect Utahns and their businesses, what are some of the best real estate strategies in recessionary times and how does the real estate market mirror and influence other aspects of the economy.
