World Cup downhill champion Katrin Gutensohn of Germany won her second downhill race of the season Sunday, edging Austrian Sabine Ginther and leaving rival Petra Kronberger far behind.

Gutensohn covered the Strohsack course in 1 minute, 36.03 seconds, finishing 0.30 seconds ahead of Ginther. Kronberger, who won the overall World Cup title last year, was 13th in 1:37.77.Gutensohn leads the World Cup downhill standings with 60 points. Kronberger is second with 48, but she still has a big lead in the overall standings with 143 points.
