The question of what form a national health-care program would take if the United States were to adopt one will be the focus of the seventh Utah Conference on Ethics and Health, Thursday and Friday Jan. 17-18 at the University of Utah.

Panel discussions on why the United States doesn't have a national health-care system and how economics drives health-care policy will kick off the conference Jan. 17 at 2 p.m. in the Olpin Union Ballroom.
