Shrouded in the smog and haze that have plagued the Salt Lake area for some time, a construction worker grapples with rebar while perched cautiously on a beam at the new Jazz arena site Saturday. Dense fog continued to blanket most of the Great Salt Lake and bordering mud flats as smog and patchy cloudiness covered the remainder of the Wasatch Front area. Forecasters predicted increasing cloudiness as a weak storm front that could bring scattered snow showers begins moving into the area early Monday. Saturday's high was 28 degrees. Sunday's high was predicted at 26 degrees.
