Wesley Hyrum Ford, age 90, passed away December 31, 1990 at a local nursing home.

Born June 25, 1900 in Centerville, Utah, son of Hyrum and Etta Cheney Ford. Married Elaine Major August 26, 1935; marriage later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He attended schools in Davis County and graduated from the University of Utah in 1922 as an engineer. He worked for several companies but in 1939 devoted his life to a poultry and orchard business located in Centerville, Utah until his retirement in the mid 1980s. He was well known in Davis County for his wit and humor and will be missed by those who knew him. Preceded in death by his wife Elaine and Dora.He is survived by his sister Emma F. Hanson.

Brief funeral services will be held Saturday, January 5, 1991 at 11 a.m. in the Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary Chapel, 295 North Main. There will be no viewing but friends are invited to visit with the family one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow the services in the Centerville City Cemetery.
