Tierra De Oro Inc., a start-up mining company in Centerville, Utah, plans to raise $350,000 with an initial public offering of 350,000 common-share units.

Proceeds will be used to develop mining operations, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing.Each unit, which will cost $1, will include 10 common shares and five common-share warrants.

San Marino Securities Inc. of Salt Lake City will underwrite the sale.
