Paul Lloyd Wogan, 67, of Cannonville, died December 28, 1990 at his home.

Born March 31, 1923 in Marion, Ohio to Paul and Retta L. Strahl Wogan. Married Melba Twitchell October 16, 1948. She died July 28, 1980. Married Beth Elmer Twitchell November 15, 1982 in Ogden, Utah. Paul was a veteran of WW II. He had been employed in construction in Northern Utah, moving to Moab where he worked in the mines, then to Silverton, Colorado, where he retired and moved to Cannonville.Survived by wife, Beth, Cannonville; two sons and two daugthers, Bryant Wogan, St. George; Mrs. Charley (Sherry) Foulkes, Mont Rose, Colo.; Gary Wogan, Silverton, Colo.; Mrs. Tod (Tamra Lee) Vadriene, Plattsburg, N.Y.; 10 grandchildren; three step sons and five step daughters, Mrs. Dale (Elizabeth) Sherman, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Marie Senn, and Danny Twitchell, both Ogden; Ira Twitchell, Cannonville; Mrs. Dave (Francis) Johnson, Buhl, Idaho; Kendall Twitchell, Mrs. Mark (June) Spitz, both Jerome, Idaho; Miss Nancy Ellen Twitchell, Death Valley Calif.; 12 step grandchildren; three step great-grandchildren; two brothers, Zane Wogan, Spring Hill, Flor.; Joey Wogan, Casper, Wyoming.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 2, 1991, at 1 p.m. at the Cannonville LDS Ward Chapel, where friends may call from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday morning. Burial with military rites by the Bryce Valley American Legion Post #18 in the Widtsoe Cemetery. Funeral directors, Neal S. Magleby Mortuary of Richfield.
