Wyma Cobbley Moncur, our sweet, wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister, passed away December 26, 1990, at home after a long struggle with cancer.
She was born January 23, 1923 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Ira and Rhoda Tolley Cobbley. She married Ivan Don Taylor; later divorced. Married Lee Moncur on July 6, 1947. She was a member of the LDS Church. Her family was first and foremost in her life. She loved to sew and crochet.Survivors: husband, Lee; two sons and wife and three daughters and son-in-law, Russell and Nancy Taylor, Florence Sandquist, Ranell Moncur, Judy and Delroy Lehman, all Salt Lake City; Douglas and Judy Moncur, Mesa, Arizona; 14 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Strebel, Georgia Moore, Emma Stiles, Shirley Lives and husband, Connie, Carol Miller; brothers and wife, Gordon and Theresa Cobbley, Larry and Christel Cobbley, all of whom she loved so much. Preceded in death by parents, three brothers, one sister and three brothers-in-law.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 31, 1990, at 11 a.m. in the Goff Mortuary Chapel, 8090 South State, where friends may call Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday one hour prior to services. Interment, West Jordan City Cemetery.
