Audry June Ericson Erickson, age 68, died December 26, 1990 in Provo, Utah.
She was born September 12, 1922 in Tooele, Utah to Vernon G. and Agnes Strong Freeman Ericson. She married Pershing Erickson, November 19, 1938 in Kaysville, Utah; marriage later solemnized in the St. George LDS Temple, April 15, 1950. He preceded her in death December 11, 1986.She was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she held many positions. She served a mission, with her husband Pershing, to the Pennsylvania-Harrisburg mission. She was a pioneer in the business world, operating a Mobile Grocery and establishing the Beaver Variety Store and operating the Mansfield Motel. She currently was a board member of Erickson's Distributing and the owner/manager of the Bee Store in Beaver, Utah. She was known for her great generosity, kindness and love for all.
Survived by two sons, Douglas R., Jack E. and one daughter, Maureen Brown, all of Beaver; 15 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Noal Ericson; sisters, Carol Jenkins and Margie Howell, all Salt Lake City.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29, 1990 in the Beaver LDS 4th Ward Chapel. Friends may call Friday 7-9 p.m. at the Olpin Mortuary in Beaver and Saturday from 11:30 to 12:30 at the church. Interment: Mountain View Cemetery, Beaver, Utah.
