The Parent Education Resource Center is sponsoring a series of lectures on learning disabilities that affect a child's ability to function in school and at home.
Dr. Stanley Gardner, a pediatrician with specialized training in learning disabilities, is the instructor. The first session will focus on memory dysfunction.The class is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 9, in the Monte Vista School, 100 S. 200 East, Farmington. Cost is $3 per person or couple.
