Eldon Forstner Zundel, 74, died December 25, 1990 in American Fork, Utah.
Born September 20, 1916 in Plymouth, Utah, to Abraham Eberhart and Sarah Elizabeth Welling Zundel. Married Maude Cleon Mattson January 30, 1943 in Santa Anna, Calif.; marriage later solemnized in the Mesa LDS Temple March 31, 1943. He served as a Bishop, a High Councilman, and in various orgainizations. He served a mission to the South States and American Fork. He loved his family and grandkids.Survived by his wife of Highland; five daughters, Pam Blackham, Jackie McMullin, Judy Bagley, Paula Harrison, Cleon Hodges; 23 grandchildren; 8 brothers. Preceded in death by a brother, a sister, and a grandson.
Funeral Services will be Friday, 1 p.m. in the Highland 5th Ward, 10400 North 6000 West. Friends may call at the Anderson & Sons Mortuary, 49 East 100 North, American Fork, Thursday 6-8 p.m. and Friday at the Church one hour prior to services. Burial, American Fork City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family suggests contributions be made to the Highland 5th Ward Missionary Fund in Eldon's name.
