Thelma Fletcher Larsen, age 89, passed away December 23, 1990, at her home in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Born October 25, 1901, in Salt Lake City, the daughter of Edward Henry and Hulda Helena Peterson Fletcher. Married Arland Larsen, June 11, 1940, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He preceded her in death, December 12, 1983. Member of the LDS Church, having served as Relief Society president, counselor and teacher. Thelma sang in choir groups and with her sisters. She was a member of the Salt Lake Symphonic Choir.Survived by two daughters, Arlene L. Allred and Carol L. Blake; 16 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sister and brothers, Myrtle F. Poppleton, Floyd C. Fletcher and Leslie A. Fletcher. Preceded in death by parents and several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 29th, 12 Noon, at the Wasatch 9th Ward, 3625 East Dover Hill Drive (7660 South). Friends may call at the Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 10600 South 1700 East, in Sandy, Friday evening, 6-8 p.m., and at the Ward Saturday, one hour prior to services. Interment, Larkin Sunset Gardens.
