Light snow slickened I-15 and U.S. 89 through Davis and Weber counties during Wednesday morning's commuter time, causing numerous accidents including one semitrailer truck rollover.

The truck rolled while exiting I-15 at the 12th Street exit in Ogden, according to the Utah Highway Patrol, resulting in some apparently minor injuries to the driver. No details were available from Utah Highway Patrol, but a dispatcher reported the truck driver was taken to a local hospital.A northbound triple tanker truck loaded with petroleum products spun off the freeway about 8:30 a.m. Wednesday between Shepard and Burke lanes in Farmington, according to the Davis County Sheriff's Department. No other vehicles were involved, there were no injuries, and the truck did not spill any of its load, dispatchers reported. But the truck was disabled and had to be towed.

Several other multicar accidents were also reported on I-15 through Davis County but they were minor, resulting in no injuries but long lines of tied-up traffic, dispatchers said.
