Beginning Tuesday, Jan. 8, an arthritis self-help course is being offered to help patients, their families and friends learn effective skills for taking a more active role in treatment programs.The six-week course will be held each Tuesday from 6:30-8:30 p.m. at the Davis County Library Central Branch, 155 N. Wasatch Drive, Layton. A $15 materials fee is charged; $10 for Arthritis Foundation members. Scholarships are available and pre-registration is necessary.
