Leland George Price, age 75, died Sunday, December 23, 1990, at the Utah Valley Hospital in Provo, from cancer.

Born June 2, 1915 in Lehi, Utah, son of William John and LuAnnie Henson Price. Married Ruth Taylor, March 26, 1936 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was a grocer and co-owner of Price Brothers IGA Market in Lehi for 30 years. He had served in the LDS Church as bishop of the Lehi 6th and 10th Wards, on the Lehi Stake and Lehi North Stakes High Councils, and was a temple worker in the Provo LDS Temple for ten years.Survivors: wife, Lehi; sons and daughters, Ralph Price, Richard Price, Mrs. Shirl (Carol) Morrill, Mrs. Brent (Joan) Larson, all of Lehi; Brian Price, Ogden; 23 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, William, Dean, Rex Price, all of Lehi; sisters, Mrs. Wayne (Norma) Powell, Lehi; Mrs. Helen Nichols, Salt Lake City. Preceded in death by daughter, Renee Stewart, and brother, Karl Price.

Funeral Thursday, December 27, 1990, 11 a.m., Lehi North Stake Center, 851 North 1200 East. Friends may call at the Wing Mortuary, 118 East Main, Lehi, Wednesday, 6-8 p.m. and also Thursday, 9:30-10:30 a.m. Burial, Lehi City Cemetery.
