Two Provo men entered not-guilty pleas in 4th District Court to aggravated robbery charges, first-degree felonies.

Magnus William Johnson, 37, 300 S. 150 West Apt. 108, and Clyde Daniel Swiggart, 40, 300 S. 150 West Apt. 122, both new residents to Provo, are accused of robbing a Provo man on Nov. 29 with a utility knife. Judge Cullen Y. Christensen, filling in for Judge Ray M. Harding, said a trial date would be set when Harding returned.If found guilty, both face possible prison terms of five years to life.
