An Orem man apparently has something against a certain restaurant.

Three weeks ago, Orem Police arrested the man in connection with a burglary at the Dairy Queen, 820 N. State St. At the time, police recovered about $1,800 of $2,200.The man was charged, but a judge released him pending court hearings, according to Orem Police spokesman Gerald Nielsen.

About 5 a.m. Monday morning, an alarm sounded at the same Dairy Queen. Orem Police responded and found the same man hiding in an attic crawl space. He is now back in the Orem City Jail.

"He'll spend Christmas with us," Nielsen said.

Nielsen said the man will be charged with a second incident of felony burglary on Wednesday, Nielsen.
