Russell Glen Stewart, age 28, died December 20, 1990 nearWendover, Utah.
He was born September 28, 1962 at Delta, Utah toJoseph Glen and Colleen Barben Stewart. He married KristannCharles December 12, 1981 at Delta, Utah. The marriage was later solemnized in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Russell lived in Delta all of his life.He graduated from DeltaHigh School in 1980. He was actively involved in all LDS Churchactivities. He was currently serving as the 1st counselor in theDelta 4th Ward Elders Quorum and was a very dedicated home teacher. Russell enjoyed life and took advantage of every moment. He had the talent to bring out the best in everyone. He loved the mountains, wild life, hunting and fishing. He was a natural athlete and enjoyed all sporting activities. He was employed bythe Union Pacific Railroad for the past ten years and was oftencalled `Mr. Clean.'
He was a dedicated, trustworthy, reliable, andsafe employee.
Most of all Russell lived for his family.
He wasdedicated to supporting and loving his eternal wife and children. He was away from home a lot, but when he was home, every second wasquality time.
He is survived by his wife, Kristann, Delta; Daughters: Jenniferand Ashlee; Parents: Joseph and Colleen Stewart, Delta;Grandmother: Eddys Barben, Delta. Sister: Cindy Stewart, Phoenix,Arizona.
He was preceded in death by daughter Brittney.Funeral services will be held Monday December 24, 1990 at 11:00 AMin the Delta 4th Ward LDS Chapel.
Friends may call at the NickleMortuary on Sunday from 7-8 PM and at the church on Monday from 10-10:45 AM.
Burial will be in the Delta Cemetery.
