William Larson Davis, age 84, died Friday, December 21, 1990 in Centerville, Utah.

Born March 5, 1906 in Salt Lake City, son of William B. and Hannah Larson Davis. Married Winnona Fox of Lehi, Utah, August 29, 1930 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She preceded him in death October 22, 1985.He spent his life in service to others and was a beloved Scout Master for many years. He was the recipient of the Silver Beaver Award. Served his church in many capacities including three full time missions, two of them with his wife, in Hawaii, 1953-55; and Saskatchewan, Canada, 1971-73.

Survived by two daughters, Dawn and her husband J. David Call, Centerville, Utah; and Leiola and her husband Hans J. Dinse, Springfield, Missouri; 13 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; one sister, Lavina Tovey, Salt Lake City. He was preceded in death by brothers, Carl, Alma and LeRoy; and sisters, Della, Lottie and Myrtle.

Funeral services will be held Monday, December 24, 11 a.m., at the Bountiful 43rd Ward Chapel, 990 North 100 West. Friends may call Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m. at Lindquist's Bountiful Mortuary, 727 North 400 East, and one hour prior to the services at the church on Monday. Interment will be at Memorial Estates Cemetery, 1640 East, Lakeview Drive, Bountiful.
